The Lotus is a compact dual occupancy single storey design that would suit a range of families.

The main part of the design features three bedrooms. It also has an open plan kitchen, dining and family area that leads to an alfresco.

The attached living space has its own open plan kitchen and family/meals area. This part of the design features two bedrooms, with the smaller bedroom able to be utilised as a study or for some other purpose.

The Lotus is completed by a double garage with internal access.
