The proposed subdivision continues the use of ‘Letter lots’ descriptions for the plan of subdivision, with this a protocol adopted as a result of this subdivision being used to facilitate a GAIC exempt subdivision whereby the boundaries are shifted no more than 5 per cent. Both lots will be subject to further subdivision applications in accordance with the Westbrook Precinct Structure Plan. The re-aligned GAIC exempt lots proposed to be created, will not be serviced, or have any Public Open Space (either land or cash in Lieu) provided in order to obtain a Statement of Compliance. The future development of these lots will as previously noted be in accordance with the requirements of the Westbrook PSP. The level of prescription within the PSP is such that there is little, if any chance of these lots being used or developed for anything else. The proposed boundary re-alignment also aligns with the approved planning permits for the Jubilee Permit 2 (WYP9430/16) and Permit 3 (WYP9528/16) endorsed plans. Permit Decision Pending
