Ozzie Dream Homes

Ozzie Dream Homes Pty Ltd is a licensed, boutique, custom home builder based in The Hills Shire, Sydney.
We specialise in new homes, duplexes, dual occupancies, and knockdown rebuilds for families and investors. From concept to completion, we manage the entire building journey — including design coordination, council approvals, construction, and final handover — delivering modern, functional, and fully council-compliant homes.

Our team services Box Hill, Rouse Hill, Kellyville, Bella Vista, Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, and surrounding suburbs. We are highly experienced in building on narrow lots, zero-lot boundaries, and challenging sites, ensuring smart design solutions without compromising quality or liveability.
To suit different project needs, we offer both fixed-price and cost-plus contracts, providing flexibility, transparency, and greater control over budgets. Our commitment is to quality workmanship, realistic timeframes, and clear communication, so clients always know what to expect — on site and financially — before work begins.
