For the last 100 years it's been a roaring manufacturing hub, and its people have made and shaped many of the products and materials our country relies on.
  And now, this area just north of Geelong is starting to finally get its time in the sun. In fact, over the past 10 years, billions in both government and commercial funds have poured into the area, with major upgrades to schools, community amenities (like this fantastic centre next door), sporting precincts, public parks, infrastructure, health centres and leisure facilities now completed or in the works.
