<p class="font_7"><strong>The Project</strong></p> <p class="font_8"><br></p> <p class="font_8">Orana is set to become the biggest community in the South East of Melbourne, featuring over 4000+ homes, a vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment precinct, arts and culture-based facilities, and more green space than Melbourne’s Royal Botanic Gardens. &nbsp;Just 50 minutes drive from the Melbourne CBD, Orana has attained the maximum 6-Leaf EnviroDevelopment sustainability accreditation with the Urban Development Institute of Australia. With 42 hectares of wetlands and open space, Orana will also encourage the re-establishment of wildlife in the area while connecting its residents to nature.</p> <p class="font_8"><br></p> <p class="font_7"><strong>Our involvement</strong></p> <p class="font_8"><br></p> <p class="font_8">Verve have been instrumental in the development of Orana from inception and are proud to be working on a project that aligns so precisely with our motto; ‘great projects for good people’.
